Future Senedd Committee

1.       Committee members considered a paper on the organisation of Plenary business and shared a range of views on this. The Committee suggested that further thought should be given to the following themes:

§  Plenary debates and questions

§  Questions to Welsh Ministers;

§  Government legislation;

§  Plenary days;

§  Timetabling.

2.      Committee members continued their discussions on Standing Order thresholds and agreed to give final consideration to these matters at a future meeting once an output has been drafted and responses to all correspondence has been received.
